We securely ship your orders with our contracted courier, HepsiJet Kargo. Shipping is free for purchases of 2,000 TL or more. For purchases under 2,000 TL, a shipping fee of only 120 TL is applied. The processing time for your order is a maximum of 2 business days. After this process, once the package is delivered to the cargo branch and dispatched, delivery is made within 2-3 business days.

After your order is delivered to the cargo branch and dispatched, you will be notified via SMS and email. If you notice any defects, missing items, or errors when you receive your package, you can contact us to initiate a free exchange. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.
